Ultrasonic cleaner performing as simultaneous oscillation and keeping optimum cleaning power

WDX series functions with the Dynamical modulation (DM) method, which can adjust ultrasonic power ratio (frequency modulation) and keep the total output power constant. Adjusting two different frequency, "low frequency component" suitable for stubborn stains and "high frequency component" suitable for fine particles with low damage, workpieces with complicated shapes (including through holes and blind holes) and micropores can be evenly cleaned. WDX series shows outstanding cleaning effect according to the applications.

■ The Dynashock modulation (DM) method not only perform well, but reduces serious problem such as uneven cleaning and damage so that it can cover a wide range of cleaning for metal parts etc., which is from precise cleaning to rough cleaning.
■ The DM modulation rate shows evenness of ultrasonic cleaning with high sound pressure throughout the tank.
